burgas was the perfect valentine's day destination. the central location and stunning restaurant view made our stay memorable. the breakfast selection was average but the weekend schedule could have been clearer.

Very central location, within walking distance of Alexandrovska street. Well-equipped and reasonably large room and very big bed, comfy sleep. Beautiful street views, very amiable staff at the reception desk.

Air conditioning did not work.

The staff is helpful and intelligent. The seafood dinner at the sixth floor restaurant is amazing. Rich breakfast choices. Cleanliness is a top priority. Convenient location near bus and train stations, shops, bars, restaurants, beach.

The staff probably need a few more English but are friendly and helpful.The Restaurant food is very good and well priced . Location is close to the airport and Bourgas City by taxi is ten minutes . Close to beach and other amenities in the Village . Would certainly come back again ....

Close to city centre, but still in a quiet location. Nice and modern, everything worked as we would expect it to.

Nestled within the city, this hotel offers a serene and direct touch with nature. Situated in a quiet side street, it provides a peaceful and tranquil environment. The hotel's proximity to the sea garden and the black sea allows for breathtaking views and invigorating walks along the coast. The friendly chambermaid ensures a clean and comfortable room, while the reception staff provides a satisfactory level of service. The breakfast buffet, although in need of improvement, offers a good start to the day.

The lack of air-conditioning may lead to discomfort during warmer nights, forcing guests to rely on open windows and potentially encountering mosquito bites.

The towels werent clean,somebody had been smoking in the room,the shower wasnt comfortable.

We stayed in the queen room equipped with a double bed as well as balcony. Its magnificent, central location was a plus. The atmosphere created was quiet

We had a comfortable stay at this hotel. Despite some minor inconveniences, such as the poor Wi-Fi connection and uncomfortable pillows, we were able to relax and enjoy our time in the city.

Appearance of the hotel is modern and the room is very confortable with LCD TV and bath tub etc. Location is also very good (very near to the station and town centre)

good value, room was spotless, staff were extremely helpful. the location was best possible, within a close distance from alexandrovska street. loved the pedestrian area so close to the 'ramblas' of burgas. this was my perfectly pleasant stay on a business trip.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, right in the center of town, allowing us to easily explore all the amenities Burgas has to offer. The staff here were simply outstanding. They were incredibly friendly, always greeting us with a smile and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We were particularly impressed with the room service, car hire, and laundry facilities, which made our stay even more convenient.

The only small issue we had was with the placement of the bedside lights switches. They were located in a slightly inconvenient spot behind the head end of the mattress, which made it a bit difficult to find and operate them.
